Welcome to AgentOnOne. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our AI voice agents, chatbots, and omnichannel communication infrastructure (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. The Service (The “Digital Employee”)

AgentOnOne provides autonomous AI communication tools designed to assist in lead qualification, customer support, and appointment scheduling.

  • Nature of AI: You acknowledge that the Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and Synthetic Voice technology. While highly advanced, AI may occasionally produce inaccurate information (hallucinations).

  • Beta Features: We may occasionally offer “Beta” features. These are provided “as-is” for testing purposes.

 

2. Fees and Payments

  • Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable once the “Discovery” phase or custom builds have commenced.

  • Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to pay will result in the immediate suspension of your AI agents.

  • Usage Charges: For Tier 3 (Voice) clients, additional per-minute telephony charges may apply. These are billed [Monthly].

  • Merchant of Record: Payments are processed via our partner, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Knowledge Accuracy: Providing accurate business data (pricing, FAQs, schedules) for the AI to use.

  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use of AI voice/text agents complies with local laws (such as the TCPA in the US), including laws regarding recording calls and “Robocall” regulations.

  • Access: Maintaining the security of your account and any API keys provided to you.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Tech: AgentOnOne retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying AI architecture, proprietary system prompts, and custom code used to build the agents.

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the specific business data and customer information you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to train and improve your specific AI agent.

 

5. AI Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer

AGENTONONE PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS. * We do not guarantee that the AI will always be 100% accurate or that it will meet specific revenue targets.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentOnOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or missed appointments) arising from the use of our AI agents. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

 

6. Privacy and Data Handling

  • Data Processing: We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Since you serve US customers, we adhere to high standards of data security.

  • Sub-processors: You acknowledge that data may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Vapi, ElevenLabs) to facilitate the Service.

 

7. Term and Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your Customer Portal. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Termination for Cause: We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if the AI is used for illegal activities, harassment, or spamming.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jakarta, Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Depok

 

 

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address associated with your account.
