REFUND POLICY
Effective: May 10, 2026
At AgentOnOne, we are committed to delivering high-performance AI solutions. Because our services involve custom engineering, labor-intensive configurations, and third-party telephony costs, we adhere to the following refund policy.
1. Setup Fees
AgentOnOne charges a one-time Setup Fee (for Associate, Capo, and Boss plans) to cover the manual labor involved in prompt engineering, knowledge base integration, and system testing.

Non-Refundable: Once the “Onboarding Form” has been submitted or the custom build-out has commenced, the Setup Fee is 100% non-refundable.

Partial Refund: If a project is cancelled after payment but before any onboarding data is submitted or work has begun, a refund may be issued minus a [10%] administrative processing fee.
2. Subscription Fees
Our monthly “Maintenance & Brain” subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring 30-day cycle.

Current Month: Subscription fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your AI agents until the end of your current billing period, after which all services will be deactivated.
3. Usage Charges (Tier 3 / Boss Plan)
For clients on the Boss Plan, telephony and API usage are billed based on consumption.

All usage-based charges (minutes talked, messages sent) are strictly non-refundable as these costs are paid directly to our infrastructure providers on your behalf.
4. Service Performance & AI Logic
While we strive for 100% accuracy, the nature of Large Language Models (LLMs) means that AI responses can occasionally vary.

“Dissatisfaction with tone” or “minor logic errors” are not valid grounds for a refund. We provide a 3-day Proof of Concept (POC) for this reason.

We commit to providing [Number, e.g., 2] rounds of revisions to the agent’s logic within the first 14 days of service to ensure Alex meets your specific business requirements.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage our clients to contact us at support@agentonone.com to resolve any billing issues. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all AI services, and the account details will be reported to our Merchant of Record and relevant credit bureaus.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
All requests must be submitted in writing to support@agentonone.com. Please include your Business Name and the email address associated with your account.
