Client Data: Information you provide when signing up, such as your name, business email, billing address, and payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy).
Interaction Data: Transcripts, logs, and audio recordings of conversations between our AI agents and your customers.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns when accessing our website or dashboard.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected data to:
Operate the Service: Powering the AI’s ability to answer questions and book appointments.
Improve the AI: Analyzing transcripts to refine the AI’s “logic trees” and accuracy (we do not sell this data to third parties).

3. AI Processing and Voice Data
By using our Tier 3 (Voice) services, you acknowledge that:
Audio Processing: Our system converts voice to text (STT) and text to voice (TTS).
Biometric Note: We do not use voice data to identify specific individuals (biometric identification), but rather to facilitate natural conversation.
Sub-Processors: We utilize industry-leading AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Vapi, ElevenLabs). These partners are strictly chosen for their high standards of data security and compliance.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We only share data with:
Service Providers: Companies that help us provide our service (hosting, payment processing, AI infrastructure).
Legal Authorities: If required by law, such as a subpoena or court order.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same privacy protections.
5. International Data Transfers
AgentOnOne is a global company. Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state or country.
For US Clients: Your data may be processed in the United States or other global regions where our AI infrastructure resides. By using our service, you consent to these transfers.

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
